⚠️ Troubleshooting Tip:


If you see an error message like “Try Again”, it may be due to:

  • Incorrect playlist/server details

  • Geo-restrictions blocking your server


✅ You can fix this by going to:

Settings > Menu Settings > Playlist Processor > Choose "Normal Processing"

⚠️ Ensure your server information is entered correctly (playlist URL, username, password, etc.)




⚠️ Important Warning: Duplecast does not provide or include any media content such as channels, movies, or series. To use the app, you must add your own playlist using a valid M3U link or Xtream server details from your IPTV provider. Duplecast is a media player only and does not host, store, or stream any content. Please make sure you input your server information correctly to enjoy all features.

    Necesito me ayuden, antes en la app podía observar la hora pero a partir de la actualización esta ya no aparece, he intentado configurar para que aparezca, pero no lo he conseguido.

      We've decided to remove the clock feature from the app for now, as we weren't sure it was something most of our users found useful.

      However, we'd love to hear your thoughts! If you'd like the clock to be added back, please let us know where you'd use it most (e.g., the player interface, home page, main page, etc.). We'll pass your request along to the Duplecast Team to see if we can get it added in a future update.

      En la actualidad, en la esquina superior derecha sale una información del formato del video y la velocidad del Internet, en ese espacio se podría agregar la hora del momento.
